BRIG GAUTAM GANGULY, SM,VSM (RETD)

STRATEGIC ADVISOR

Brig Gautam Ganguly holds 33 years of splendid work experience in the Indian Armed Forces. This includes 4 years of leadership experience as the Force Commander in the elite National Security Guards (NSG). During his tenure with NSG, Brig Ganguly planned and led various counter-terror and Anti Hijacking Operations including “Operation Dhangu Suraksha” at Patahankot. Brig Ganguly was also involved in Capacity Building and building of training modules of various Special Forces like OCTOPUS and GREYHOUNDS (Andhra Pradesh & Telangana), TNCF (Tamil Nadu), FORCE ONE ( Mumbai), CHETAK COMMANDOS (Gujarat), KAVACH (Haryana) and ATS of Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Bihar, West Bengal and Goa.

He is having an accomplished career graph be it Armed Forces, Corporate or personal life Major Rakesh has always aimed high and invited challenges in life. He voluntarily participated in Kargil War in 1999 and also voluntarily served in Insurgency prone sectors in most of his Army tenure. Major Rakesh has an intricate understanding of safety and security aspects and is on his toes to deliver excellence. Major Rakesh is carrying versatile work experience from that of a proud Soldier of Indian Army to that of handling Human Capital in Airtel, National Head in ICICI Bank , Sales & Customer Service Head in Construction Industry and further taking the reins of CSS as Managing Partner.

Possessing more then 27 years of work experience from that of a security Service worker and rising to the level of Founder Shri Ajeet is highly skilled to assess, analyse , train and handle gamut of all security related aspects. A grounded Leader, he is always ready to offer his best in all domains and various Conditions.

Shri Suresh Verma comes from the logistics branch of Indian Air Force (IAF) . Having worked for more than 20 years in IAF at various locations Shri Suresh is an accomplished Business professional. Taking ahead his Logistical stead ahead Shri Suresh initially has set up a supply chain business in Iron, steel , sanitary and painting domain. Coming from Forces background managing security aspects comes naturally to him. A greatly skilled individual and a deeply involved Team Player, Suresh has led a team of logistics professional for ICICI Bank Agri Business for North. A 24x7 working mind he can be trusted to meet any challenges and service requirements.
